User Contributions and Campaigns
If a User chooses to participate in a campaign, the User may be required to provide the Campaign organizer tax forms. Users agree to provide any and all necessary information to the respective Campaign Organizer for the Campaign Organizer to satisfy all legal requirements. If a User has questions regarding what forms are necessary, or if a Campaign Organizer is requesting the correct information from you, please contact us immediately at [CONTACT E-MAIL ADDRESS].
Campaign Organizer’s must not request any more information than is necessary to fulfill their legal tax obligations towards the User and their respective organization.
The Website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, with Campaigns, “Interactive Services“) that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, “post“) content or materials (collectively, “User Contributions“) on or through the Website.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and/or Campaign and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns.
- All of your User Contributions and Campaigns do and will comply with these Terms of Use.
Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination
- Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
- Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Contribution violates the Terms of Use, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Website or the public, or could create liability for the Company.
- Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
- Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.

Advertising Policy Content Standards
These content standards apply to any and all User Contributions and use of Interactive Services, including but not limited to Campaigns. User Contributions and use of Interactive Services must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Prohibited content is never allowed, and Restricted content is allowed according to the terms and conditions of this Section as long as it does not violate any prohibited content standards as well.
Prohibited Content:
- Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, inappropriate or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to Posts that would promote bullying or intimidation of a group or an individual, self-harm, extortion or blackmail, cruelty to animals, .
- Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
- Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy [LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY].
- Be likely to deceive any person or enabling dishonest behavior such as fake documents, hacking software or instructions, and services that artificially increase traffic to a Campaign.
- Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act, including but not limited to counterfeit goods, dangerous products or services (such as equipment to facilitate drug use, weapons, explosive materials, ammunition, instructions for making explosives, ammunition, or other harmful products.
- Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
- Involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising, other than as allowed through the Website as a Campaign.
- Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
Restricted Content
Healthcare and Medicine.
Gambling or Chance. Gambling-related Campaigns are allowed if they comply with the olicies herein and all applicable local laws and regulations. We will not allow any gambling and game advertising that violates your local laws, and we require proper verification of adherence to local laws before allowing this type of Campaign to be published.
Financial Services. Financial Services is defined as products and services related to the advisement, investment and/or management of capital, cash, assets, and cryptocurrencies. You must follow all federal, state, and local regulations for any region your Campaign targets.
Political Content. Scan Panda supports political advertising, and all political Campaigns must abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
Other Restricted Content. We will restrict businesses from creating Campaigns with us if we believe the Campaign will exploit Users, even if the Campaign appears to comply with our policies. If we determine that certain kinds of Campaigns pose an unreasonable risk to User safety or User experience, we may limit or stop related Campaigns from running. We determine this risk based on our continuous reviews of Campaigns, related feedback from consumer protection authorities, Users, and regulators. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Campaign.
